Tara Ahmed
After completing a foundation course at Rose Bruford, Tara became a member of the ‘National Youth Theatre’, where she has found the opportunity to create and practise with like-minded people. Last year, she trained at the London Meisner company and delved into the world of directing by taking a new piece of writing to the Edinburgh Fringe festival as Assistant Director. More recently, she joined the ‘Arcola Theatre Young Company’ and ‘Theatre Peckham REP’.
Ethnically from South Asia and the Middle East, Tara likes to integrate her multicultural background into her art to give a platform for untold stories.
